8. Coffee Filter Owls
These look beautiful when hung in a window, as the light shines through the filters like stained glass.
- How to Make: Flatten a coffee filter and color it with markers. Use a spray bottle with water to watch the colors bleed and blend. Once dry, fold the sides toward the center to form wings and add paper eyes and a beak.
- Things Needed: Round coffee filters, washable markers, spray bottle, construction paper.
