6. Build a Slim Rolling Pantry Cart

Do you have a narrow, awkward gap of three to six inches between your refrigerator and your kitchen counter? That wasted space is prime real estate for a custom slim rolling cart. Using MDF boards, wood glue, caster wheels, and a handle, you can build a multi-tiered vertical tower on wheels. Load it up with canned goods, oils, vinegar, and tall boxes of pasta. When you need something, simply roll the cart out like a drawer, grab your item, and slide it seamlessly back into the gap out of sight.
