9. Apple Bird Feeder
An edible, temporary feeder that disappears completely as the birds eat.
- How to Make: Core an apple but leave it whole. Insert a dowel or a sturdy twig through the bottom to act as a perch. Poke an eye-screw into the top stem area for the hanging string. Press sunflower seeds or small nuts into the flesh of the apple.
